چکیده
Three-legs active power decoupling (APD) converters are widely studied in the single-phase grid-connected systems to enhance circuit lifetime by creating an alternative path for typical existing dc-side pulsating ripple. Therefore, this reduces requirement of smoothing dc capacitors allowing compact designs even with implementation long life metalized film technology. In article, allow enhancement system density improving conversion efficiency and thus reducing thermal management semiconductors, a carrier-based generalized discontinuous PWM strategy is proposed. This method detects converter ac currents reference voltages determine optimum clamped duration each one three bridge-legs, which will minimize overall switching losses. The proposed modulation analyzed validated on PLECS simulation 2 kVA three-legs APD converter.

In this paper, a new topology is proposed for three-phase to single-phase matrix converters, where more voltage levels are produced in the output in comparison with the conventional topologies. In addition, a new control method based on minimum error between the generated and the desired output voltages is proposed for three-phase to single-phase matrix converters. متن کاملA New Pulsating Power Elimination Method for Single-Phase PWM AC/DC Converters with Minimum Voltage and Current Stress
An inherent problem of single-phase rectifiers is the existence of a pulsating portion in the input power, which pulsates at twice the grid frequency. If this pulsating power is transferred to the DC-link, it causes a significant amount of second-order harmonic at the output voltage. Since in many applications, such a high level of DC oscillation is not acceptable, so the pulsating power must b...
